These Terms & Conditions govern your use of myhomeserviceheros.com and any related pages, forms, or services operated by Home Service Heros ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
Home Service Heros is a referral and matching service. We are not a contractor. We do not perform roofing, siding, window, HVAC, bathroom remodeling, or any other construction work. We connect homeowners with independent, third-party contractors in our network.
Any contract for work is between you and the contractor — not with us. The contractor is solely responsible for the scope, pricing, quality, timeline, warranty, permitting, and completion of the work. We do not set prices, supervise work, or guarantee outcomes.
We screen contractors before admitting them to our network, including verification of licensing, insurance, time in trade, and references. Screening reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. You remain responsible for your own due diligence before signing any contract or paying any deposit.
Being matched, and receiving a quote, is free to homeowners. Contractors pay to participate in the network. You are never obligated to hire anyone we match you with.
You agree the information you submit is accurate and that you are the property owner or authorized to request work on the property. You agree not to submit another person's information without their permission.
By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by Home Service Heros and by the contractor we match you with — by phone, text message, and email — at the number and address you provide, including through automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to be removed.
Contractors applying to the network authorize us to verify licensing, insurance, credentials, and references. Acceptance is at our discretion and may be revoked at any time — including for unresolved complaints, lapsed licensing or insurance, no-shows, or high-pressure sales conduct.
This site and the matching service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any contractor will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Service Heros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from work performed by a contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
All content on this site — text, graphics, photography, and layout — belongs to Home Service Heros and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Tennessee.
